Our electrical system was carefully planned to support the villa’s seamless lighting ambiance, automated control features, and high-load appliances, while maintaining energy efficiency and full compliance with Indonesian electrical standards. Subtle lighting effects were integrated into the pool, garden, and facade to complement the villa’s elegant aesthetic both day and night.

The mechanical works included the installation of climate control systems optimized for coastal humidity, ensuring consistent air quality and thermal comfort within all rooms.

The plumbing scope involved designing and executing a concealed piping network for clean water supply, hot water system integration, as well as drainage and wastewater management—maintaining both hygiene and sustainability.
